What I mean is that in certain conditions - especially boost at part throttle, the wideband O2 sensor on the RSX and Civic SI will cause the car to run 14.7:1 airfuel ratio regardless of the fueling the ECU or piggyback has set. We have not tested the Greddy turbo systems for this but we have seen it on other turbo systems.emfollin said:
It can be detected with a scan tool - which will say closed loop while you are starting to boost and have less than 30% throttle.
Or an aftermarket wideband 02 which will measure the airfuel ratio.
Or can be detected as a hesitation when rolling onto the throttle from a cruise or after a gear change.
If you suspect you have this kind of hesitation you will be able check for it as above.
The K-Pro software has been written to eliminate this (potential) problem.
The reflash does require the E-Manage - which is why we ask you to send it in. The K-Pro does not.
