2003 Artic Blue Pearl Type-S, came with A-Spec lip kit factory. Parts on the car when I bought it; H&R springs, carbon fibre wing (for sale), retarded fire extinguisher on passenger side a piller, carbon fiber hood (sold plus trade for stock hood +$140) Escort Passport (the hidden one with two radars in front and one in the rear)

$150 - Type-R wing replica
$2700 - Full blue ITR interior (minus RHD and center console)
$1200 - Tanabe Ultra Medalion catback (price has dropped since I bought it)
$450 - JR race header
$450 - 2005 TL wheels
$850 - Toyo T1R tires all around
~$3000 - Full custom sub enclosure in the trunk, two 12" subs, two Extant amps (one for the subs one for the speakers), Sony deck with internal HDD, components in the front and Pioneer 6.5" in the rear.
$400 - ITR flywheel
$375 - Exedy stage 1 clutch
$350 - RBC intake manifold
$350 - Kingsworth HID 5000k
$100 - Tanabe front strut tower brace
$200 - Tanabe underbody brace
$70 - Mugen replica rear brace
$150 - 2 c pillar bars (one in the rear and one behind the front seats for camera)
free - 06 type-s rear sway bar
$200 - Depo JDM headlights
$300 - JDM 05/06 tail lights
$150 - 05/06 rear bumper ($200 to have it painted, not done yet)
$700 - Stoptech Stage 2 brake kit (drilled rotors, performance pads, steel braided lines, performance fluid)

^ about $12400 spent on my part and whatever the previous guy spent

I'm putting pics on Photobucket right now. The RBC is not installed, it's at myfriends place because we had just finished the clutch and flywheel after 10 hours.

Rip off that wing and paint the bumper and you should be all set to go :thumbsup:
:rotfl: That's the idea. I have the ITR wing that I'm going to get put on when it gets painted.

That wing came on the car, as stated in the beginning sentence. I never liked it , but I wasn't going to do anything until I get ready to put the ITR wing on and fill the holes.

After all that work you still have the stock intake in there?
That air box is gutted with a Spoon filter. I hadn't decided what intake I wanted until recently, now I just need to save up and buy the ARC box. I'm more about handling and looks then mad power and straight line speed. That's why I don't have much performance. Krpo and ARC box are next, but I want to buy a house

Granted i havent really done anything with my RSX-S, but still it is in fact an expensive hobby/lifestyle haha :noes:
What's your first mod gonna be?

What do you mean by braces? My friend took his dremel and cut all the plastic flap things out inside the air box so it breathes better, if that's what you mean.

For exhaust I love mine, I've had people telling me the car sounds like a bike a little, which is true. It is made for light weight and high performance. Titanium muffler with 1.2mm thick stainless steel piping. A friend of mine has the Mugen Twin Loop. It's pretty quiet so you can hear the intake REALLY well. I'd buy an exhaust that will work with what you want in the future... Turbo? Buy a 3 inch and wait to put it on. That's why it's taken me so long to do an intake. I was going to supercharge, but I really like NA much better and I want to stay that way.

I know!!!! I'm paying about $4.65 per gallon over here. How about you?

You could do the hair dryer hack and get 2psi in your car. Slightly more power and better gas milage when driving normal ;)

I just got my stimulus check and it's sooooohard not to buy the ARC box! I want a house instead. Setting aside.
