I think I'm in a little deep, but the variety is so cool.
In the garage right now...
Formula SAE chassis
Honda Ruckus scooter (custom frame and gas tank, etc)
AC Cobra (one-off headers and exhaust)
Fox mustang (dual aluminum 3.5" exhaust and aluminum mufflers)
425 Buick nailhead manifold (welded and jigging for aluminum versions)

:run::run::run::run::run::run::run::run:
I love it though. You guys have to do more of this stuff.:thumbsup:

Yes, the place is a mess, total disaster... Only been in for 3months!

You don't even want to know what I paid for it...:D Educational discount FTW!!!
it is an awesome welder, but my syn 200 was 80% of this one, just didn't have the duty cycle for heavy aluminum.

Thanks, it was a huge success.
The orginal 3.5" exhaust was 58lbs in mild steel, now we are at 20lbs.
We got back all the weight from the Lenco, and then another 5lbs.
Datalogging software is datamite, and we are monitoring the front wheels versus the driveshaft to pinpoint wheelspin.
Bigger cam, 13.4:1 comp, race gas, etc. We are hoping for another 40whp.
This is going to be a 9 second ride locally, and deep 9's at the tracks closer to sea level.
N/A 399ci dart motor. New cams should let us rev to 9000 rpm, currently we are doing 8600.
This is my tuner's car.:vtec:
