I'm running the K-pro with a new ECU and I didn't send my keys and immobilizer in for reprogram. I'm tired of seeing the green light flashing. My question is can I take the car to Honda and have the immobilizer reprogram without damaging the K-pro?

I just asked this question...do you need to send the immobilizer and key to Hondata for Kpro? If you don't, will the immoibilizer not work?

Yes you can have the dealer reprogram you keys and immobilizer, or just unplug the immobilizer unit in the steering column. Best bet is to have it reprogrammed so you still have the immobilizer.

As long as your key and immobilizer are already keyed to the ecu, then you just need to enable the immobilizer in the K-Pro software and turn the eky off and back on.

So if my I already have a hondata flash, and all my parts are programmed for each other then all I need to send to Hondata for the Kpro is the ECU? And then when I get it back, turn the Immobilizer on and it will work perfectly and not flash like this guys does?
