Improve Type S Handling without lowering

Hello, I have an '02 type S (150k mikes). I would like to improve the ride quality. I feel every bump, and have to grip the wheel tight to feel comfortable on bumpy roads at high speeds. Besides new tires, what can I do to reduce the bumpiness, and improve steering stability without lowering?

Koni yellows is a good setup and works with stock springs as well as aftermarket.

Installation is annoying however as they are insert and I believe you have to modify the stock struts in order to fit them properly.
I really appreciate your feedback. Thanks!
The RSX has a firm and bumpy ride, and the stock shocks/dampers can last a long time.. You should not have to fight the steering wheel though.
Worn suspension bushings, tie rod ends and ball joints will cause handling problems. Get them checked out by a good shop.
Thank you for the knowledge. Much appreciated!
MotoIQ did a video on the EP3 Civic which has some of the same issues as the RSX.
You can apply some of the same ideas to fix bump steer (what you're experiencing, where going over bumps applies steering input) in the RSX.
Awesome. Thanks for sharing. I'll check it out!

Hey man, this video is the blueprint I needed! Do you know which parts I need for the white line bushings and hardrace parts? They list a bunch of different parts, and I just wanna get the essentials needed without lowering. Thank you!
