Ive seen some threads where larger piping(3 inch) looses low end power.....im looking into the greddy evo II which has piping between 60-70mm( i think thats somewhere between 2.5-2.75 inches).....is this sufficient for a turbo? will it benefit me in any way to go larger? thanks guys

Between 2.5-3.0" is ideal for Turbo cars making up to 500 HP.
Gains can be seen by going to 3.5" if you are making more than 500 HP.
The biggest bang for your turbo exhaust $$$ is spent in the downpipe. It is the most important piece of the turbo exhaust equation.

You should use a 3 inch eaxhaust. You won't have power loss due to insuficent back pressure, because the turbo provides all the back pressure you need! So you need to concentrate on makeing your exhaust flow as freely as possible.

And 60mm is sad!!! I have a 50mm wastegate on my 7MGTE!
