If the 02-04 base uses the same primary as the 02-04 Type S then yes it will.

Karcepts is back for sale. Buyer decided some scratches made the part defective and thinks $48 shipped was too much for an adapter and thermal gasket. Thinks he can find it elsewhere for cheaper. Good luck with that...
