Well I heard from a few people that it wouldn't work. I also thought that since you cut into the fender for the intake it might affect where you cut for the brake ducts. Are they really worth getting rid of fog lights for?
The only reason I would get rid of your fogs are because the glass keeps on getting broken and replacing fogs at $100 a pop can get pricy.
The JDM duct kit are more of a show piece than an effective means of cooling. Yes, they do move air to the wheel well, which is more than what would be there without them. Yet, if you really are suffering from brake fade due to excessive heat you would create a brake duct kit that would run a hose from the bumper to the rotor head.
If this is for show, then yes, knock your socks off. It will not fit with a CAI.

It isn't for show. Isnt your bumper cut for the fog lights though? so it would look weird with the brake ducts
