usually when the bulb goes it will flicker and shut off; ballast ignitor may be fried

did the wiring conversion correctly blew my share of fuses before I got it right. Not to soon after one light started to flicker then turn off, re-did the wiring and no flicker and no light...the wires have power they touched by mistake and killed another fuse....could it be the bulb or the actual hid unit?

yup the ballast is fried. if you open up the ballast you could see it. friend experianced this too until i opened up the ballast and saw that it was fried.usually when the bulb goes it will flicker and shut off; ballast ignitor may be fried
