Hey campers, sorry it took so long to give you an update but I finally have one. I figured out the problem with the belts and why you guys are tossing them. The problem is the Jackson tensioner setup sucks. When you tighten it down it causing their pulley to pull out of alignement with the other pulleys. This causes the belt to run ascew, thus belt problems. In order to test the theory, I pulled my power steering and put the stock tensioner back on. Guess what, no problems and works like a charm. I could make 20lbs of boost without any problems now. I emailed Jackson about this last week and have not heard anything back. I wanted to give them first shot at working on a fix but I heard nothing. So for now, I am done with my SC, I am swaping out the motor for a turbo so that I can run in the Sport FWD class of the NHRA for the rest of the season and next season. The nice thing is that I am selling my SC setup to a local guy, so I will be able to continue to work on his car to help find the problems and see if we can come up with a good solution. Before his gets installed I am going to see if I can come up with a fix since the motor will be out of the car. So don't worry guys, I am not going anywhere on the SC front, just have to make some changes for the business side of things.
