Hi at all...
I have now the JRSC KIT EP3 and i want to modify it for have the RSX kit because the intake manifold of rsx is much better and flow great than the EP3..
what part i need for this work??
-intake manifold RSX
-Inlet kit RSX
and other??
Can anyone help me??

i had the same thought about it some time ago. not worth it. better sell the kit and get an rsx kit.

ok but i don't have the money for buy a complete kit rsx...
i compare the part number components of the RSX vs the EP3 kit and the difference for the manifold assembly are:

052-156 manifold intake rsx
052-157 plate block-off
052-158 bypass valve
052-162 manifold supercharger inlet

the other part number are the same and other difference is bolts, scew and gaskest, tensioner system but i use the oem tensioner!
how many improvement i can have with this conversion??

I have buy all the part for mada the conversion jrsc from ep3 to rsx...!
This it's not hard work for me but,
What is the difference in the power-torque curve??
I read a lot of ep3 manifold are really bad and the rsx give about 20 bhp??

i think i read that scuffers did a test and it was about 20 hp difference. the best part is that u can run more boost and use an aftercooler--so it could be a bigger difference.:thumbsup:

the difference is not 20hp if its tested on the same car. ~5hp if your lucky. but there are other advantages for the rsx manifold. less phantom knocks, airflow design(about the same egt's in each cylinder), manifold has more stability (the ep3 manifold cracks all the time), aftercooler option.

do u have a before dyno?, would be interesting to compare theese two. i felt the rsx one is also a little bit quieter from the inside, isnt it? cant comment on partthrottle tq.

i have now a problem..
with the ep3 kit i have about 9.8 psi with the 3.2" pulley
now with the rsx manifold i have only 9 psi with the 3.2 pulley..why??
i attach the datalog between with the w/m active

Boost is just back pressure in the manifold. The DC5 manifold flows more freely than the EP3 manifold, so air is moving through it more efficiently. Your boost went down but I'll bet the motor asked for more fuel.

If i compare both datalogs at 7500 both are around 8.5-8.7psi. Also your camangle is 50 /w ep3 mani and 40 /w rsx mani, that also effects boost.

Erik, ok pressure don't mean more power. But i have try with thetadyno and now my car have less torque vs the ep3 manifold. Same street and start point.
Rsamd i attach a datalog in 3 th gear with all the kal at cam angle 50° with w/m active!The boost with the rsx manifold is a little less...
When i made the previus datalog last night , the weather are bad with a less Pa, 970 mbar vs 980 mbar normally. It's possible is this the problem?
I don't have a vacum leakage and the idle is perfect..

i see i lost pressure with the rsx manifold before the 4500 rpm.
It's possible a leak in the bolts for the bracket support to the plate?I don't have loctite them (bolts are the #33), only the bolts for the plate.
Or is possible i lost pressure in the spacer bolt on the intake manifold??

the spacer bolts are the #7, i don't use loctite in them.
i don't have any vacuum issue. The idle are perfect and beautiful.
After the 4500 rpm the pressure are about 0.2 psi high than the Ep3 manifold
