I just traded in my '06 TSX pearl white w/ navi for an '06 RSX type S in blaze orange. Loved my tsx! It was quick and sexy. Had to get rid of it though because the payments were killing me! The navigation is sick and alot better than mercedes, audi, and lexus- no doubt about it. I think the tsx is more sport than luxury, but it is pretty luxurious with the navi- heated seats-everything power-bluetooth and all the good stuff. I've only had my rsx for a week now and even though it is bad ass, damn I MISS MY TSX!

i have an auto with intake and exhaust. i kind of regret not getting the 6 speed since i feel as if i want something quicker. its quick but by no means fast. theres a bunch of lip kits available, along with exhausts, intakes, etc. there are no turbo kits but there is a supercharger available.
overall i'm happy with my tsx besides it being alittle underpowered. its a great sporty luxury car for a great price

He simply stated the navi is better on the acura's than the competiton...This is a true statement and he by no means downgraded other brands.

^^^The navi not the entire car. You copy and paste every single item for the LS460 like he's comparing all that crap.

I actually agree with this comment 100%. My Dad just traded in his 04 MDX, and got a 06 Porsche Cayenne-S....and the the only thing he doesnt like is that the navi in the MDX was sooo much better/easier to control while driving than the Cayenne.
Not sure about Mercedes though, only car I havent driven out of those listed w/navi.

my dad had a 6-speed type s. its definately more luxurious than my type s, but it was a lot slower although the torque on the TSX is noticeably higher on the butt dyno. lol.

The only problem that we had was after about 30k miles his clutch pedal started to squeak really badly and his clutch would chatter, so u may want an auto.

I got a TSX loaner w/navi once and I must say it is really sweet. I never used any other brand navi tho (c'mon, I'm poor) but the TSX navi is sweet.... I'd love to get into a TSX but I just can't imagine parting w/my type S and downgrading in terms of power :(

If the TSX was faster than it is, my RSX would already be gone.

EDIT: Then again, I haven't driven a 6spd TSX... is there a HUGE difference between the auto and 6-spd?

The 6spd is substantially quicker but the auto is fine. Every time I drive my wifes 07 tsx I sit and wonder...how the hell can a 4banger pull this heavy car so easily. People always say the tsx is so slow, but when driving around town at part throttle with the a/c on and passengers it has great get up and go, way better than my rsx did when it was stock. The car pulls hard when it's in vtec, but the problem is that it falls way out of vtec when the auto shifts, I'm not sure if the 6spd does this.
