I just swapped in a K24A1 with forged internals and I previously had a K20A3 Turbo.

I will be getting the car tuned as soon as its running, but I need to be able to drive down there (about 30 miles).

Fuel system is the same; same 650 injectors. Same turbo as well. And I have KPro

Question: Am I safe to drive the short distance to the tuner on my tuned K20A3 map? Should anything be changed prior?

Hard to say. I'd say, try to crank with your base map and see how the car idles first. If everything seems fine, you can probably drive (staying out of boost) to your tuner. When I did my swap, I was able to drive on my basemap staying out of boost.

you could always bump up your overall fuel trim by 10-15% but you shouldn't have to.
once your car warms up and goes into closed loop, it will be using the O2 sensor data to adjust the fuel . so you should be good, just be light on the throttle.
