well My preference would be act. if your running your car on the street you want a stage 1. if you put a race clutch in your everyday driver you'll chirp everytime you let the clutch out and probably burn the clutch up in a few hours. A stage 1 is built for street applications. racing clutches are real heavy to. You'd have to hold your steering wheel to push it down.

Different stages represent the different strengths of the clutch. You don't want a stage that's too high for the amount of horsepower you're putting down, but you want a good margin. I believe the Stage 1 Exedy clutch can handle 275 whp. That's more than enough for naturally aspirated street use, and it's lighter than stock so you'll get more efficiency and faster revving.
