I am currently waiting on the previous owner of my car to email the current tune on my car. Does anyone have the 1.2.2.8 version of kmanager so i can save the current calibration on the ecu so i can work out my idle problems.

V1.2.2.8 is very old, and just about no one would have it.

There is a way to retrieve the calibration from your ECU, however it will end up corrupted by the time you upload it back to the ECU with a newer version of K-Manager.

You could modify the calibration "internally" by modifying it in wordpad/notepad, and importing some of the table values in to a newer version base calibration, but its not recommended.

Best bet is to wait for the owner to send you the calibration where you can resave it which *shold* update it to the latest version, or of course get a new tune. Updating a calibration from 1.2.2.8 to 3.0.3 I wonder if it would even work since these versions are so far out from each other, but who knows until you try it I guess.

Danggg bro I had a similar issue w needing an older version of kmanager n didn't have any luck finding it... I ended up having to clear the Kpro and just get retuned ::/

I have some older versions of Kmanager that might help you with your upload problems. I have versions 1.2.3.5, 1.3.4, 1.3.7, 1.4.0. The 1.2.3.5 may work for you. I also have 1.2.2.6, but kpro doesn't like going backwards.
