I’m looking to get a turbo kit

I was initially wanting to get the full race twinscroll kit intill I seen it does not come with a turbo

What I’m wanting is to spend around no more then $3000 on a turbo kit or setup

Now i already have a kpro

And I’m getting
1000cc injectors
And new radiator
Fan shroud and a oil cooler as well

I’m getting my head studs done as well with a valve and retainer upgrade

I’m also getting the fuel pump etc pretty much everything else I’m getting or I have is not included in that budget

I want the intercooler the turbo the blow off valves and the waste gate and piping to all be under $3000 I see the ktuned turbo kit look decent I would just change the intercooler

Now my question is has anyone used eather and what does people recommend!

And has anyone use the twinscroll kit ! Cause I’m still very interested in it just want to know if it’s more fancy or if it actually shows more hp gains

you don't wanna let that kit come anywhere near your engine. They sell those kits for the dumbass people that don't educate themselves on the product before they buy it. Or there are also the people that know rev9 is total shit and just don't care.

Its basically the chinese knockoff of the REVHard kit. You can get by using the manifold, intercooler and piping, but the turbo, wastegate, BOV aren't something you want to use.

Its not hard to find a good used parts if you know what to look for.

i didn't see clutch anywhere in your post, you don't wanna forget to upgrade to one that can handle the torque from a turbo setup.

your gonna need a 44mm wastegate

that intercooler won't work. you need either get one like this
or a vertical flow with the inlet/outlet on the same side.

if you wanna use the full-race intercooler piping kit your gonna need a FR intercooler.

are you gonna be running a k20? k24?

are you gonna have a shop do all the work?

Clutch is already Installed just got that done I’m going to put 500 miles on it before the turbo so it has a good break in period and ok yea I like the vertical flowing intercooler and yea I want tial for the blow off valve and yes shop is doing most the work then will be towed to different place to be tuned

did i miss something? i can't find anyone saying anything good or bad about your choice of BOV

i should correct myself on needing a 44mm wastegate. i overlooked the fact that you picked a dual WG manifold. So it depends on your set up and how much boost your planning to run.
I would use the Match Bot on the Borg-Warner website to figure out what turbo to run for the setup you want. You may want to consult your tuner on some of the parameters.

Yea I was going to ask them what size I need and I don’t think so the shop who told me tial are about the best out their and I bin seeing allot if people use them so I’d adsume they are good I don’t think anyone said anything bad or even comented in them except for the size

Thanks I appreciate that I took a photo but I’m in Minnesota I don’t feel comfortable sending someone that much money and not know if I will get it you know ! But I’m really stuck on the twin scroll I really like the benifits I have read on it only thing I can’t figure out how to make it a variable twin scroll witch id love to do
