I usually remote start my car in the morning and let it warm up. The times i do i notice it idles high maybe like 1.2k. Then goes down as it warms up. I notice that whenever i'm stopped at a light or just in park the normal idle is around 400ish. Is this pretty low? Replaced air filter and cabin recently. It runs great, but just kinda weird it wants to idle that low.

You gotta use the search feature on this site man. There is a wealth of knowledge here. 1.2k idle is way too high. In the owner's manual regular idle rpm should be from 700 + or - 100 rpm from my memory.
400 is very low, so search for "RSX low idle"
It could be your IACV needing cleaning, your ecu needing to be reset, or low octane gas just to name a few. Check the threads on here to get a better idea of whats wrong.

1.2 K cold idle is not way too high. It can be as high as 2k depending on the temperature.
Normal warm idle is 750-850.
