Yes, that is supercharged and allowing for the blower. The CARB-legal CTSC street kit uses the stock injectors. The setup has a redline of 7900 rpm, usually makes about 230 at the wheels, and you'll hit 100% duty cycle anywhere between 7100 and 7500 rpm. What comes after 100%? Interestingly, even at the 7900 redline you still don't run lean.
