If you have the money go for it. Nine out of ten the dealer will never know you have an aftermarket ECU in your car. They don't really care. My dealership didn't even know I had S/C in until they drove it and they came back and were like WOW! Your VTEC is loud with that CAI.

The K-Pro I am using has the Immobilizer turned off (Edo's ECU). The light is flashing but the car runs. Get the K-Pro for fun and another ECU for your "warranty" issues.
