Need a Part# for this! Please HELP!

First of all, I made a mistake putting Elemental Design sound deadener in my doors. Damn, after 2 weeks they started peeling!

Anyway, anyone knows where can I buy or give me the part# for the plastic that covers the holes in both doors?
