Have this acquaintance who is currently jobless. She's got relatives in the area, but seems to have had issues with each, in turn. She asked me if she could stay for two nights, but now it's looking like she wants to stay for much longer. (I will admit that payment is coming in terms of seksual favors; however, I'm finding that that isn't compensation enough.)

I'm currently at work but have been distracted all day while trying to figure out how to kick her out. She definitely has alternatives but she was pleading with me to allow her to stay at my place. Now that she's here, I have a feeling she won't go easily.

God, I hope I don't have to call the cops.

Just play porn on your TV and jizz on her face when she's asleep.

if you're planning on kicking her out, don't take monetary compensation, or let her pay bills etc. there will be grounds to say that she's established residence, and would then have to be evicted. i can't give you an accurate timeframe for eviction in your area, could be 2 weeks, or 2 months... around here it tends to be about 45 days to have someone evicted. this is just how it generally is, being in california, things could be completely different.

I've booked her a hotel room for a few days. Unfortunately, she won't be checking in until tomorrow, so she'll be with me for one more night. She didn't argue the case and she'll be in the same town as her father and some of her friends.

I just want to make it through the night and move past this.

Lock your door and make sure you sleep with one eye open.

You didn't give her a key.... please tell me you didn't give her a key. PLEEEEZE tell me you didn't give her a key.

Also I have had the same crap now i have a 4br house. Friends come out of the woodwork to ask to stay in the spare room. Nope. I do let them stay for a pre-determined amount of time. (not "until i get a job, or i get back on my feet") I usually give them a week tops, unless it's a special situation. But you have to set that time frame down at the first day.

This line should have been a red flag. She's had issues with all of them for a reason. Hope you aren't in for a bumpy ride.
