So my Rsx (03 type s) needs a new passenger door I know a guy parting out a 2005 Rsx if I buy the passenger door from him would it fit and work on my 03 Rsx don’t know if there’s any difference in the doors don’t think so but wanted to check before I buy it from him..?

I'd change out the door harness to make sure there isn't any issues afterwards. Also, be sure to disconnect the negative battery terminal to avoid any "door open" faults that will register on the body control module. Are all the internals on your door still good? I think the window regulator and everything else should be the same, but I'm not 100%
