I just changed my both 02 sensors, oil an atf the car hastn been running in 2 years now p1078 shows up what can i do? I need to pass smog.

Troubleshooting steps for P1078 start on pg 11-174 of the Helm. The first thing is to reset the ECU, warm up the engine, and see if the code comes back after some driving above 5000rpm.
