Hi, my passenger door and hatch don't lock and open when I press on the remote controller.
I hear noise from the hatch actuator but doesn't open.

The hatch lock actuator needs replacing and I wouldn't doubt if it's the same with the passenger door. I know when my passenger door was failing I could see the lock kind of twitch but not actually unlock

Okay , I have seen it twitch like you say but it stays down...

Oem buy or ebay/amazon ? I am going to keep the car for many years.

If you plan to keep it for a while I would go OEM. Mine is a 2002 and has only been replaced once, so it's not something that's likely to go out again any time soon if replaced with an OEM part

Thank you, I will test the actuators so it isn't something else but I gaurantee it is the actuators.

I live in sweden but there is one dealership that I know of that import parts from the US. I will check with him how much it cost.

From what I found, this is the driver side: 72155-S5P-A11

And this is the passenger side: 72115-S6A-J01

I do remember doing this and the screws that hold the actuator in place are ridiculously tight. Otherwise's it's a bit awkward to take out (due to tight spaces). If you're somewhat comfortable with DIY, it's something that can be tackled


Ouch, ya that shipping is a killer - it'd nearly double the price on parts, sorry to hear that. Definitely worth looking locally

Would this be the same for the drivers side door? If the door is unlocked the fab won't lock the doors. But if I love the drivers door the fab works to lock the hatch and pass door only it will not unlock unless I unlock the drivers door first.

Yea, same issue. Replace the driver's side actuator.
