Has anyone thought of or made cogged pulleys for the RSX? This would be trick and would eliminate and slippage for the SC.

it would prob be alot cheaper to just use what is already out there, a toyota 2jz, 3sg, or 4ag all have cog for the belts and have different sizes to boot. the b series engines have them, it would not take much to make adapters, only problem is finding a belt to fit.

sounds like a nifty idea, however there are multiple auto tensioning solutions already out that result in little to no belt slip.

The only issue that I see is that you would be giving up the OEM crank pulley, which is also a vibration dampener. The CNC'ed Alu aftermarket pulleys (like what you would have made for this) don;t have that feature.

in the old days.... they used to run 2 belts. One cog belt for the blower and another regular belt that ran everything else. I think the cog belt would just be added on to the crank pulley but they also were just running a 1/2" wide regular belt for all the accessories.
