ya and trust me dude its worth it... my car hasn't wheel hopped since
yes....you need at least esmm's if youre buying a race header. Theyre $25 from the crsx store and they do help a lot with wheel hop.

If money isnt an issue you should buy the innovative motor mounts, which are full replacement mounts rather than just the inserts that the esmm's are. But they both serve the same purpose

Yup as i told you. If anything come tot he starbucks meet i'm sure someone with esmm's will let u see exactly how the car idles and drives
i highly suggest full mount replacements (innovatives). reduces wheel hop, less motor movement, smoother shifting, less vibrations than inserts
yep and dont ask about steel or billet. that topic has had 3 thread in the past week...

Two possible answers...

1.) Inserts only control movement on one axis of engine movement, not both. There is instability.

2.) Crappy tires will hop on you, too.
i have a set of brand new essm ill sell for 20 shipped im getting invovative

don't know about 1). all i know is everyone else seems fully content with esmm while i'm starting think about full mounts to rid myself of wheelhop

for 2), i'm running 205/55/16 cooper zeon 2xs that were on the car when i got it a little over a year ago. they are definately better than stock, but i don't know if they are anything special. they have a 280 traction rating, for what its worth...
what if I have a torque damper. do I still need to buy esmm. my damper is set at 12 mm.
