driver side radiator fan not kicking on the idling temps are shown just after 8-10 mins anyone have a idea on why it’s not turning on and how to see what it is?

motor for it is likely shot.

the left side fan turns on but only when the ac is on

is that what happens when only the left turns on when ac is turned on no matter the temps? and how would i check or replace that
