So I was doing a cam install and must have bumped into the radiator cap. Started the car with a loose cap and radiator fluid started dripping. Can I just put the cap back on or do i need to flush it now?

Not sure how you 'bump' the cap loose, but if that is all that happened...(ie you are sure you didn't break the radiator or filler neck) Put the cap back on and check the overflow bottle for the next couple days. The radiator will pull some fluid out of the bottle and it may need topped off a few times.
