Take the nut off the right stud and tighten it against the nut on the left side. You can then use a wrench on the nut closest to the valves, and remove the stud completely. Once removed, you can pivot the manifold on the right stud to clear the power steering/water passage and then pull straight off.

Man idk why i didn't think about that the first time around because i did that before on something else i did to the car haha. Them bolt nut things arnt going back on! going to Honda in the morn to order the real bolts for it so i don't run into this crap again. Thanks guys for the heads up and God bless
