Trying to take off manifold but its hung up on the bracket that holds P/S and belt tensioner I'd post a pic of it but this site wont let me... Any ideas tho on how to take this bastard off?
I had to remove the left stud to get mine on and off. so you could swing it up before pulling it off.Trying to take off manifold but its hung up on the bracket that holds P/S and belt tensioner I'd post a pic of it but this site wont let me... Any ideas tho on how to take this bastard off?
Post up good pics of the manifold and what you think is stopping it from coming off.so come to find out its the water passage that's in the way, damn.... i have to remove that just for the intake that's lame.... no other way i take it?
Exactly! :fistbump:Take the nut off the right stud and tighten it against the nut on the left side. You can then use a wrench on the nut closest to the valves, and remove the stud completely. Once removed, you can pivot the manifold on the right stud to clear the power steering/water passage and then pull straight off.
