I would use some "goo-gone" and a cloth. Pour goo gone on the cloth and rub the glue. Keep using a new spot on cloth till gone. Found everywhere from Autozone to Walmart

a product called acry-solv works wonders for removing sticky stuff off dashboards, comes right off with one swipe

If the dash is anything like the door panel material, I would advise not to use it. I just used Goo-Gone on my plastic door panel and it turned a portion of the plastic to a faded white color after trying to remove a stain.

The only enemy of super glue: acetone
It's a powerful solvent. I've had it melt Legos and other plastic toys when I was a child. I'd also be concerned with acetone discoloring the plastic.
Be careful - straight acetone will discolor a number of fabrics and can mar the finish of laminated counter tops (mainly the darker colored ones)

Perhaps a Mr Clean Magic Eraser might work.
