It's the transistor most likely, not the blower motor.

-Open your glovebox and take everything out.
-Undo the clips on the side and drop the glovebox down.
-Unbolt your ECU(3 bolts) and slide down and out of the way.
-Look all the way back and you'll see the transistor with a 2x2 clip going into it, with one bolt on either end. Figure out how to reach it and swap it out with your hands and tools.

Have you ever checked/replaced your cabin filters?? They need to be checked every 30K miles normal/ 15K miles severe. ...Mine were clogged, dirt & leaves & bugs piled on there, ('03 civic si), so, the restricted airflow caused my heater blower motor to burn out. (So it might not be the transistor). I got a blower motor at a junkyard for $50, but, this was a few years ago ('09). I didn't have a DIY, but, it's pretty easy. The cabin filters are above the motor, like the other guy said, empty glovebox, take it out, it's all behind there.

the motor is just below the cabin filters, if I recall, it is pretty straightforward, just get under the glove box and you can see the screws/nuts.

(you can find the filters cheaper than honda at auto parts store or on ebay for even less part # 80292-S5D-A01)
