I have a 02 base model with 229k miles and i beat on it a little bit. I don’t want anything to happen to the motor but i wanna have fun with the car. Is the motor worth rebuilding and putting in built internals?

I was in the same situation almost 3 years ago when I decided to have my whole engine rebuilt along with the tranny. It was worth every penny IMO because it's been a reliable daily up until a mysterious issue with bogging due to the recent rain, btw my intake is stock so i'm still trying to figure it out.
