ok so i washed, claybar and waxed my car with nxt. well its only been about 1 week and a half and it looks so dusty. well since i dont wanna go out and wash my car down again... is it safe to spray down the whole car with some showtime spray to make it looked clean/washed? i was thinking that the lil pieces of dirt is going to cause lil scratches

Exactly, at this point you must wash in order to avoid inducing scratches/maring.

A helpful tip is to invest in a California Duster...use it to maintain the clean surface after it's been waxed. Don't allow too much dust/dirt to accumulate though, it's best to use it when there is only fine dust on the surface.
