which one of the spark plugs for the best performance should i get from this site for my 02 type s

What are your mods?

if ur car is stock you wont need sparkplugs till 110,000 miles

i just got the car and the person that i bought it from has bosh plugs in it...the only mod i have on right now is a CAI...im goin to add headers and exhaust...
