Well my driver's side speaker and tweeter blew out. So i am in the market for new speakers and tweeters. I just want something really basic, something that will just fit just get the job done. I have the type-s bose system with an aftermarket headunit. Thanks in advance

get some 6.5 infinity kappa's not too expensive but nice quality. Your not gonna get the full experience til you get an nice amp in there. But should be good.

IF you are just looking to replace stocks of HU power get a set of coax's as neither a HU or the bose amp has enough power to effectively drive component speakers. good ones that sound decent and can be had for under 50 bucks are the Pioneer TS-G1642R if you want to go up a few notches you can get the Polk Audio DB651 for 80 bucks either way you will probably need a spacer for them but these can work with the 1/2 inch plastic ones you can get at best buy.
