I finished the rsx exhaust, I'll throw up some pics. Working on a 4" DP for a Supra this week-end, and doing a bunch of work on an s-13. Then, I'm doing a cat delete on a bike. I love working on cars.:thumbsup:

Well, here is some 4" 304 tubing for a Supra. Made a DP and a mid-pipe. The back of the exhaust is a titanium piece.
Pretty big stuff, but it all fits pretty easy.

3.5" mild steel DP
Some nice welds on the 02 boss that was way too close to the turbo
New boss welded about 20" from turbo, and the aftermarket wideband is back another 6".
Here are some pics of a custom intake manifold done for a high-revving ford smallblock.
I ended up doing some fancy fabbing to get the x-over for the coolant, but it turned out ok.
In the center is a plastic piece designed to insulate the plenum from the heat of the motor.
This is a no nonsense no BS Guide to how I've fixed my DC5 Steering. I've had diabolical times, spun twice in a straight line, had crap Bump Steer, horrible Torque Steer and no one to tell me simply how to fix it all.
So you've lowered your DC5 or similar steered car and you have rubbish...
What ya'll think and an AWD conversion in the rsx?
