Silly question. Recently the #4 preset button on my stereo started to get a little sticky. Anyone else having this problem? Any ideas? I'm thinking a shot of wd-40 might be a bit messy.

Thanks

just take it out and clean it, you can pop out the faceplate and take off two screws to take off the motherboard from the faceplate. Then you can clean the button, and put it back on. Then don't drink sugared beverage in your car ever again. lol  any more questions, shoot.

mine are sticky too.....and I never eat in my car.....
yeah but like JP said...stop aiming at the faceplate when you fap in the rear seat. lol jk.

I think it's cuz the way it's made. Not all parts are going to be same. Plastic is prone to VERY small deformations, especially with rubbing such as your button's going through, thus you take it out clean it, clean off some rough edges here and there that might be making it sticky, and you'r golden.
