if its legal, then yes, its legal...
greddys turbo kit put out 243whp and 175lb/ft with an OEM catalytic converter so it probably WOULD be street legal

actually i've seen lower numbers for the GReddy turbo, i believe it was 225 whp on a type-s. But then again then might have improved the turbo since the last time i saw the numbers:dontknow:zotex said:those numbers are kind of bad (as in low) for a turbo kit
