Lately my sunroof has been slow to close so I am thinking it just needs to be lubed. Is there any better lube/grease to use that will last longer than just doing WD40? Also should I clean the track before I put the lube on or just put it on? Stupid question but searched and didn't find anything.

Call Acura on that one bro...
Yeah I did and they said just a clear grease or lube such as WD40 but was thinking of something that might last a little longer such as a grease of some sort. Figured I'd post on here to see what people used.

where do u get the silocone spray from
Any auto parts store should have it, Strauss, Autozone, etc.

A white lithium spray grease is also long lasting. Just apply it liberally and clean up excess

Acura has grease that they sell. I forgot what it was called, but my friend got it as NSX's have a known issue with the targa top making noises due to the rubber seal going dry. I've tried the grease on my sunroof, and it works! It soaks right into the rubber leaving it nice and soft. Try calling Acura, it comes in a tube that you squeeze out with your hand.
