I would personally like to ask that you guys please allow us a little
time for processing. We have everything in stock and have fallen behind

So here are a few things, in which may straighten some confusion out,
specifically catered to the RSX forum:
We waited for final payments until 2/27; thus this is when everything
was sent in for processing. I know there was a little confusion here,
but I believe we got it worked out through one of the RSX members via
Superhids.com is not open on Saturdays, but this week we were still
answering questions and taking payments due to a record breaking work
Some members from the RSX forum have sent some harsh e-mails stating
that it has been ~7 days. Please take note that Sat. and Sun. does
account for a business day and no one works at any one of the warehouses
on Sat. or Sun. so no orders were processed.
The benefit to members ordering and making payments early is we place
all GB payments in a queue, for example, if you paid early on in the
week then you will receive your shipping information and shipment before
3/1/04, orders have been placed and everything is getting rolled out to
shipping. Due to our high volume of orders spanning over X amount of GB
endings everything is shipped out in batches.
I personally contacted the shipping department and they told me all GB
orders will be processed and shipped this week. Once they have been
released shipment will take 2-4 days either via USPS or Fed-EX.
Please relay this back to the RSX forum if you would. I assure you guys
that there is no need to worry and we are working as fast as we can to
get everything out.
