The Ohio Street Challenge (NO PREP/ NO TIMES GRUDGE RACE)
Date: June 29th 2013
Location: National Trails Raceway
Time: 3:00pm-12:00am
Hosted by: Straight Line Promotions
The Ohio Street Challenge is open to anyone & everyone. The racers will be responsible for setting up their own race, negotiating the details and bringing the cars up. We will be able to spot up to 5 car links, but no more than that. We are looking forward to seeing everyone, and providing the best street car event in Columbus.
Please note if you are planning on both grudge racing and entering the Q8/16, please note that both events will have separate pricing. If you run in both events, your cost will be $135.
• Tech 3pm – 7pm
• GRUDGE racers - $35.00 entry or $25.00 for pre-registration
• Spectators $10.00
• GRUDGE racing starts at 4pm
• GRUDGE race – arm drop and flashlight
• GRUDGE race – can spot out up to 5 car lengths
• GRUDGE race – details of race will be told to lane worker
• VHT only and can only be used if the track has approved the contents of the bottle and there is a sticker on the bottle from the track – VIOLATEORS WILL BE EJECTED FROM THE TRACK
• No time slips
• No shake down passes
• Q16/Q8 – instant green
• NO CHASSIS CARS AND NO WHEELIE BARS
• Q16/Q8 - $100.00 buy in with 100% pay out (winner takes all)
• ¼ mile for everything
• NO TEST PASSES
• BIKE CLASS Q16/Q8
• BIKE CLASS Q16/Q8 – DOT TIRE
• BIKE CLASS Q16/Q8 – NO WHEELIE BARS
• BIKE CLASS Q16/Q8 – instant green
• BIKE CLASS Q16/Q8 - $100.00 entry – 100% payout (winner takes all)
• 50/50 raffle
