Titanium gear knobs

hey guys

ive got the arc titanium burnt gear knob and i scratched it with my watch, oh so bad, esp when your so careful when you shift :mad:

but anyway just wondering for the ppl with titanium burnt gear knobs what you all use to get rid of scratches? is there anything which can be done or will i have to live with it?

i dont think so. its a shift nob it happens.
Doubt theres anything you can do about a scratch.

oh so out of luck. can't really fix it, just live with it.
maybe sand it with 400 grit for 10 min, then resand with 1000 grit for like 40 min. then polish it for hours, refinish it, and reburn it. that's all you can really do lol
and to the op sorry I'm no help I never wore watches or rings when this was in the car so I wouldn't scratch it. But flyingfish's suggestion sounds like the only probable fix if it is that bad.

This one is the blue one. it is bluish purple. I think it depends on how long they torch it.
