The baffle is made my clock wise motion, a UK company. There are no welds, or bolts that mount the baffle to the pan, it simple gets locked into place by the windage tray and oil pan ribs during install. IMO its the best baffle around the sump, however it doesn't protect oil from traveling up the timing chain case- so possibly this baffle design and something like a mugen pan would be an excellent solution.

Clock wise motion advertises that this pan mantained oil pressures during 1.7g loadings as recording by the on-board datalogging in one of their elises.
