Im going to buy a gt2860rs turbo on my base model rsx. What housing do I need and where can I buy it? Also does anyone know if there’s a way to keep the A/C even with a bigger radiator? Some help is very much appreciated.

You’re once again faced with CA emissions impeding you from doing this. I hate to tell you this dude, but the reality is that we can’t do anything fun with our cars in this state.

Bolt ons and a tune are doable as long as you upload the factory calibration before inspection, but forced induction is a no go. It wouldn’t pass a visual either, and I don’t think you want to remove and reinstall everything every two years.

Thank you for expanding on this. Why not register the car in Nevada were EVERYTHINGS a go! It's close enough?:)

You mean besides the part where you need to provide proof of residency? The smog process is the same as it is in California.

Oh. I was trying to be optimistic? I'll spare you the part about forged documents then. I didn't realize CA. was that bad as to this smog tests. I'm just waiting for IL. to get on that wagon, it would be aimed at chicago but effect everybody. Not trying to be a bummer on this but several countries and manufactures are pointed towards 2035 as the end of production for fosel fuel vehicles. As in they've agreed to it in europe. All this when were getting 700+ H.P of the showroom floor. 😕

With a hot smog I’ll be fine 🤣
