I'm planning on buying the Type-R knob soon too. My question: where did you guys buy yours and how much? Also, Is there any place that sells it for under $45 shipped?

I need to know where I can buy this shiftknob for (relatively) cheap. Please post prices and places where you bought your Type-R knob.
