i just installed it in my car but dont know how to set it..at what setting should i use or put? please help im gonna have to be car less until i can get a setting. havent really messed around with it.

That is like asking someone for their medication because you do not feel well. The entire point of a VAFCII is to tweak your car for what you have on it. The only thing that I would do without dyno tuning is set the low to high vtec to 5200 and the high to low vtec to 4900.

Da heck kind of question is that?! VAFCs are better tuned on a dyno by a professional. You dont do any guess work on these things or mess around with it...you get it tuned on a dyno by a professional or by you on a dyno if you know what u are doing. But since you are asking the question then get it done professionally
