Exactly what they did, they dodge ebay, tried to ask to use bitcoin, venmo, gift cards, etc. Not using tracked shipping methods. They asked to send friends and family on paypal but I knew thats not truthworthy. It was really off when they asked for 250 usd for prb ecu. Dealt with situations like this but this one was new. I appreciate this information. Experienced this hassle moments ago. I called paypal why the transaction continue to declined and they said its blocked and will not authorize the payment due to xyz. You know why lol.
