I have an 02 RSX type S with water on passenger floor board but it does not feel or smell like coolant. Nor is my coolant level low. However i do have all the tell tail signs of a heater core leaking... Water on the floor under the HVAC box and windows fog easily, but could it be anything else?

Also if i turn hard to the left my blower motor will start to squeak like a squeaky belt and then more water will appear on the floor. Now we have had a lot of rain lately so i was wondering if it was possible for the drain holes to be clogged and filling up my HVAC box. If so how do i check this or unclog it? Or possible condensation from the air conditioning??

I'm fairly mechanically inclined but this has me scratching my head. I would rather not pull the dash to replace the heater core, especially if that is not my issue. Any advice into this problem is greatly appreciated.
