When you guys wash your motor..Do you spray everything down w/ WD-40?

I use to, but all my stuff would be covered in dirt after a while..

no just get an engine degreaser, purple power is what i use. spray the engine down, scrub if needed and spray off

then dress the plastic with armor all or a tire shine, whatever you want

:nervous: Just keep in mind WD-40 is flammable. I use 303 for the engine bay along with everything else that's black (interior, exterior trim, tires, wheel-well).

thanks, purple power is a engine cleaner and its cheap. i got a 2.5gallon for like $8

i used simple green it seems to work pretty good
