instead of swirlling when waxing what if i just rubbed it on straight. i wont have any swirls. Is this a good or is it a bad idea for waxing??

OK - you used the word - wax - so i assume its something like meguiars or mothers . . . etc . .

is it a single step process, or did you do polish, glaxe wax etc.

i cant see why it would affect the finish quality . .and if you are concerned about swirls, i would think you just made them into straight lines?

be sure to use 100 % cotton applicators - unless the product says to use those foam applicators.

no "good" wax product, applied lovingly with quality applicators or polishers used by a skilled operator will cause swirls.

there are detail compaied workinh on high cost cars -putting wax and polishes on with 1800 rpm machines - they dont swirl either.

so, yea the product "should" be fine - and so should your car.
